Pleased July 18, 2026 Reviewer: Michael K from Truckee, CA United States   I ordered simple 60 inch tall storage cabinets for in-wall installation.  The doors primed.  Fabrication & shipping was super-quick, everything arrived much quicker than noted on the website.  Packaging was excellent--nothing was remotely damaged during shipping.  I gave 4 out of five stars because a couple of the screw-holes are ever-so-slightly off so the front corners of the cabinets just barely don't meet perfectly.  The doors arrived completely true and when installed with the hinges, swing and close perfectly. Overall great service and quality December 26, 2025 Reviewer: Anthony Nackino from Hermosa Beach, CA United States   City's response to concerns on ship date were resolved professionally and they made their promised delivery date. The only quality problems we had were 3 side panels that had grooves cut too narrow to accept back panels. (All 3 panels were on 24" deep cabinets) We opened the grooves using a drill bit laid at an angle so not a big delay. I would use City again and I recommend them. Was this review helpful to you?
